Conference registration fees cover conference materials, admittance to the plenary presentations as well as all paper sessions, a reception (with cash bar) on Friday evening, Saturday lunch, and coffee breaks each day. (One-day registration includes the food only on the date of registration.) The conference registration fee does not include admittance to pre-conference workshops, for which attendees must register separately.

The registration process contains an additional option for Friday workshop participants to purchase a boxed lunch. This option is available for workshop participants only. There is no Friday luncheon.

Student registration rates are available for currently enrolled fulltime students. Proof of current student status is required at registration.

How to Register

Registration for this conference is coordinated by University of Minnesota Extension. Note: All registrations must include payment. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars and must accompany your registration.  Wire transfers are not accepted.

Refund Policy

Refund Schedule
Refund granted minus $25 cancellation fee if written request is received on or before 1/19/12 Refund granted minus $75 cancellation fee if written request is received on 1/20/12-through 3/1/12. No refunds granted on or after 3/2/12.

Refund requests should be sent to carla@umn.edu.

The University of Minnesota reserves the right to cancel the conference if necessary and will grant a full refund if the conference is not held.
