Registration Information

• The regular registration deadline is May 15, 2019.
  • Registrations must be received by the end of the business day on the date listed to be eligible for price discounts.
  • Registration will close on at the end of the business day on Thursday, May 23, 2019–one week prior to the start of the conference.
  • Proposal submitters will be notified of the status of their proposal by early March; they will need to confirm their participation by registering for the conference.
• All registrations must include payment.
  • Payment must be made in U.S. dollars.
  • There are restrictions on refunds. Please see Refund Policy and Dates below.

Registration Costs

Pre-Conference Workshops:
Each workshop includes the cost of instruction and all materials. You do not need to register for the conference to register for the workshops, but workshops are NOT included in the cost of the conference. Space is limited so register early!

    $75 per workshop • Regular (By 5/15/19)
    $100 per workshop • Late Registration (After 5/15/19)

Full Conference Registration:
Includes the Thursday evening keynote and reception, lunch on Friday and Saturday, and all conference materials. (Conference registration does NOT include the cost of pre-conference workshops. See pricing above.)

    $250 Regular • (By 5/15/19)
    $300 Late Registration • (After 5/15/19)

One-Day Registration:
Includes lunch for the day of registration and all conference materials. Sorry, there is no early bird option for one-day registration.

Payment Options

1. Register online with a credit card.
2. Mail in registration form along with check made payable to the University of Minnesota.

Sorry, purchase orders and wire transfers are NOT accepted.

Refund Policy

• All cancellation requests must be made in writing to carla@umn.edu.
• Written cancellation requests received on or before May 1, 2019 are eligible for a refund minus $50 for processing.
• Written cancellation requests received after May 1, 2019, but on or before May 23, 2019, are eligible for a refund minus $100 for processing (which includes the registration and processing fees, and the cost of materials and meals).
• Refunds will not be granted after May 23, 2019.
• The University of Minnesota reserves the right to cancel the conference if necessary and will grant a full refund if the conference is not held.
